Ingredients:
- Ghee
- Tomatoes -3-4
- Salt to taste.
- Soy Nuggets soaked, washed and boiled - 1 cup
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Power(Dhania powder)- 1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Butter
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay leaves - 2-3
- Cream- 1/2 cup
- Heat little oil in a pan and stir fry the soy nuggets and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and bay leaves, immediately add whole tomatoes, salt and allow it to cook in simmer, cook till tomato becomes soft and leaves its pulp, and oil leaves the walls of pan.
- In the meanwhile take a bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder, garam malala powder and dhania powder make a paste of it by adding some water to it.
- Now as you find oil leaves the walls of pan, add the paste and add boiled and fry soy nuggets to it.
- Add butter and close the lid. If required sprinkle little water, so that ingredients don't burn up. Cook till you find ghee leaving the sides of pan. Off the flame.
- Add thik Cream.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
