Mushroom Soup


Ingredients :
  • Butter-  2 tblspn
  • Garlic(finely chopped) -1 teaspn
  • Ginger(finely chopped) -1 teaspn
  • Onion(finely chopped)-  1 no.
  • Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 no.
  • Salt  to Taste
  • Leeks(finely chopped) -1 tblspn (optional)
  • Mushroom(finely chopped)-  1/2 Cup
  • Soya sauce-  1 teaspn
  • Vegetable stock -250 ml (You can also use water if you don't have vegrstock)
  • Pepper powder-  1 teaspn
  • Cornstarch paste -1 tblspn
Method:
  •  Take some butter in a hot vessel and add garlic and ginger. Saute it  for 1-2 min.
  •  Now add onions and soute for just a half min.
  •  Then add, salt, leeks, mushroom and cook for a while.
  •  Now add  soya sauce, vegetable stock/ Water, pepper powder, cornstarch paste and let it boil for few minutes. 
  •  Once it thickens switch off the flame. 
  •  Serve hot in a soup bowl. Garnish with cream.
