- Butter- 2 tblspn
- Garlic(finely chopped) -1 teaspn
- Ginger(finely chopped) -1 teaspn
- Onion(finely chopped)- 1 no.
- Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 no.
- Salt to Taste
- Leeks(finely chopped) -1 tblspn (optional)
- Mushroom(finely chopped)- 1/2 Cup
- Soya sauce- 1 teaspn
- Vegetable stock -250 ml (You can also use water if you don't have vegrstock)
- Pepper powder- 1 teaspn
- Cornstarch paste -1 tblspn
- Take some butter in a hot vessel and add garlic and ginger. Saute it for 1-2 min.
- Now add onions and soute for just a half min.
- Then add, salt, leeks, mushroom and cook for a while.
- Now add soya sauce, vegetable stock/ Water, pepper powder, cornstarch paste and let it boil for few minutes.
- Once it thickens switch off the flame.
- Serve hot in a soup bowl. Garnish with cream.
