Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour / Maida -
11/2 cup / 180 grams
- Sugar - 1 cup / 200 grams
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup / 250 ml
- Vanilla Essence - 1
tsp
- Butter - 1/4 cup melted / 50
grams
- Chocolate Chips - 3 tblspn

Method:
- Place a
pressure cooker on stove, place a separator on the bottom of cooker and
heat it on high heat. Dont use gasket on the lid, cover it. Heat it for 10
mins or so. Dont use whislte.
- Brush a baking tin with oil and dust it with flour. Tap off the
excess and set aside till use.
- Now make the batter. Take all the ingredients given in the list
except chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. Use a electric beater to mix the
batter untill it is smooth.
- Pour this batter into the tin, sprinkle some chocolate chips on
top.
- Use a pot holder and place the cake tin carefully into the center
of pressure cooker.
- Cover it and simmer the heat. Cook on a low heat for 45 to 50 mins.
- When it is done. Open the pressure cooker and use a tooth pick to
check whether the cake is done. If the tooth pick comes out clean then the
cake is done.
- Remove it from the cooker carefully and cool it down completely.
- Invert the cake pan on a place, slice and serve.
