Ingredients
100 grams Butter
2 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
1 no. Juice of lemon
1 no. For garnishing spring onion green
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and cook till the butter clarifies.
- Cut prawns lengthwise along with the shells.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes till light golden.
- Add the prawns and mix. Remove the scum from the butter and pour it over the prawns. Add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well.
- Cook the prawns, turning sides till evenly done.
- Garnish with spring onion green. Pour the butter masala over the prawns and serve hot.
