Fish Tikka Masala I Grilled Fish



Ingredients:
  • 500 grams Fish Pieces  Boneless
  • Oil for pan frying
  • Chat masala powder to taste
Marination:
  • Curd / Thick Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tblspn
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
  • Mint leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
  • Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 3 tblspn
  • Oil - 1 tblspn
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add in all the marination ingredients in the given order and mix well.
  • Add in the fish pieces and mix well with the marination.
  • Leave this to marinate for atleast  30 mins.
  • Now take wooden skewers and arrange this fish pieces in it.
  • Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat and drizzle few drops of oil over it. You can also grill it in oven OR in Tandoor.
  • Arrange these skewers on it and fry it on low heat, rotating often till it is seared properly and cooked on all sides. It will take around 15 mins.
  • Remove from the heat and spread some chat masala powder and serve hot.
