Ingredients:
- 500 grams Fish Pieces Boneless
- Oil for pan frying
- Chat masala powder to taste
Marination:
- Curd / Thick Yogurt - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice - 2 tblspn
- Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
- Mint leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
- Corn Flour / Corn Starch - 3 tblspn
- Oil - 1 tblspn
- Take a bowl and add in all the marination ingredients in the given order and mix well.
- Add in the fish pieces and mix well with the marination.
- Leave this to marinate for atleast 30 mins.
- Now take wooden skewers and arrange this fish pieces in it.
- Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat and drizzle few drops of oil over it. You can also grill it in oven OR in Tandoor.
- Arrange these skewers on it and fry it on low heat, rotating often till it is seared properly and cooked on all sides. It will take around 15 mins.
- Remove from the heat and spread some chat masala powder and serve hot.
