Leftover Chapati Pizza I Roti Pizza


Ingredients:
  • Leftover chapatti 4nos
  • Onion sliced ½ cup
  • Bell pepper juliennes ½ cup
  • Corn blanched ¾ cup
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ teaspoon
  • Pizza sauce 1 cup
  • Mixed dry herbs To sprinkle
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese 1 ½ cup
  • Olives 4-5
Method:
  • Heat the chapatti from both the side and remove.
  • Now spread the pizza sauce, then place all the topping onion, corn, bell pepper, olives sprinkle some chilli flakes, mixed herbs and crushed pepper
  • Topped it up with the cheese
  • Place it on the tawa and close the lid and cook it on a slow flame 5 mints or until the cheese it melt.
  • Remove from the oven cut it into pieces sprinkle some more mixed herbs, chilli flakes, pepper crushed and serve hot.
