Ingredients:
- Leftover chapatti 4nos
- Onion sliced ½ cup
- Bell pepper juliennes ½ cup
- Corn blanched ¾ cup
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ teaspoon
- Pizza sauce 1 cup
- Mixed dry herbs To sprinkle
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Grated cheese 1 ½ cup
- Olives 4-5
- Heat the chapatti from both the side and remove.
- Now spread the pizza sauce, then place all the topping onion, corn, bell pepper, olives sprinkle some chilli flakes, mixed herbs and crushed pepper
- Topped it up with the cheese
- Place it on the tawa and close the lid and cook it on a slow flame 5 mints or until the cheese it melt.
- Remove from the oven cut it into pieces sprinkle some more mixed herbs, chilli flakes, pepper crushed and serve hot.
