Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken- 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
- White/Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tblspn
- Green chilli - 3
- Coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
- Fresh Cream thick - 2 tblpsn
- Cheese - 1/2 cup grated ( I used cheese cubes)
- Thick Curd / Sour Cream- 1 tblpsn
- Cornflour / Cornstarch - 4 tblpsn
- cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Ghee or Butter for brushing on top
- Chat Masala for sprinkling on top
Method:
First Marination
- Cut chicken breast to bite size pieces and dry them with paper towel.
- Marinate with pepper powder, salt and squeezed ginger garlic paste(so that there is no moisture) and keep in fridge for at least 30 min .
For Second Marination
- In a blender add green chilli and coriander leaves and blend well.
- Take cheese in a bowl and mash it well.
- Add curd ( thick ) or sour cream , cream, corn flour ,green chilli and coriander paste,salt ,oil,cardamom powder and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken with this second marination and put in the fridge for another hour.
- Now put the chicken on to skewer.
- Preheat the oven to grill mode 250 degree c.
- Grill this for 8 mins. Now remove it and flip over, grill again for 8 mins.
- Now brush it with some ghee or butter and sprinkle some chat masala.
- Serve Hot.
