Ingredients:
- 250g Okra (bhindi)
- 2tbsp besan
- ¼ tsp ajwain
- ½ tsp jeera powder
- 1tsp amchur powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Chat masala to sprinkle
- Oil to deep fry
Method:
- Wash and wipe dry the bhindi.
- Slit the bhindi into halves and then further into thin strips.
- In a big bowl mix together the bhindi with all the other ingredients and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the bhindi in moderately hot oil till crisp and remove on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot
