- Roughly chopped the tomatoes puree it and keep aside. Heat pan .Add in the olive oil.

- Add in the garlic and sauté until brown. Then add the chopped onion and sauté until brown.

- Add in the tomato puree and cook it until rawness of the tomato goes off.
|
- Add in salt, pepper and basil and stir well. Cook it for 3-4 mints.
|
- Switch off the flame and use as desire.
