Ingredient
- 4 slices wholemeal or wholegrain bread
- 4 tsp reduced fat peanut butter
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup reduced fat tasty cheese
- Black pepper and chilli flackes as per taste
Method
- Place bread on a board and spread each slice with peanut butter.
- Place grated carrot on a sheet of paper towel and squeeze to remove excess moisture.Top one slice of bread with the carrot and cheese.
- Sprinkle some blackpepper and chilli flackes.
- Top with other bread slice.
- Oil a grill maker or a sandwich maker or a tawa. Place the sandwich in and grill for 5 to 6 mins till golden.
- Remove it carefully and cut into wedges and server hot.
