Carrot, cheese & peanut butter sandwich



Ingredient

  • 4 slices wholemeal or wholegrain bread 
  • 4 tsp reduced fat peanut butter 
  • 1 carrot, grated 
  • 1 cup reduced fat tasty cheese 
  • Black pepper and chilli flackes as per taste

Method
  • Place bread on a board and spread each slice with peanut butter. 
  • Place grated carrot on a sheet of paper towel and squeeze to remove excess moisture.Top one slice of bread with the carrot and cheese. 
  • Sprinkle some blackpepper and chilli flackes.
  • Top with other bread slice. 
  • Oil a grill maker or a sandwich maker or a tawa. Place the sandwich in and grill for 5 to 6 mins till golden.
  • Remove it carefully and cut into wedges and server hot.
