Ingredients:
- Mango Pieces - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1/2 cup (If required)
- Milk -1/4 cup
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- Plain Yogurt/Curd -1/2 cup (should be thick)
- Sugar as required
- Dry Fruit (Almond, Cashew Nut, Pistachio)- Finally Chopped For Garnishing
- Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Remove the seed.
- Blend mangoes with milk first to a fine paste(Just like Mango Shake).
- Then add the rest of the ingredients Yogurt, Sugar and blend it for a few seconds.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder .
- Adjust the consistency by adding or reducing the amount of water/Milk.
- Garnish with the Dry Fruits and Serve chilled.
