Mango Lassi


Ingredients:
  • Mango Pieces - 1/2 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup (If required)
  • Milk -1/4 cup
  • A pinch of cardamom powder 
  • Plain Yogurt/Curd -1/2 cup (should be thick)
  • Sugar as required
  • Dry Fruit (Almond, Cashew Nut, Pistachio)- Finally Chopped For Garnishing 
Method :

  • Peel the mango and cut it into cubes. Remove the seed.
  • Blend mangoes with milk first to a fine paste(Just like Mango Shake).
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients Yogurt, Sugar and blend it for a few seconds. 
  • Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder . 
  • Adjust the consistency by adding or reducing the amount of water/Milk.
  • Garnish with the Dry Fruits and Serve chilled.
